Bruce Donaldson

Leader of Disruptive Technology-Driven Companies

Bruce is a leader in the Colorado technology and start-up community, most recently serving as COO of RxRevu, a VC-backed digital health company. At RxRevu, he executed commercial and operational strategies as part of the senior leadership team while scaling operations, developing client relationships, and driving enterprise growth. Prior to RxRevu, Bruce was President of a healthcare communications company, and President of a company that licensed intellectual property from a federal lab (NCAR) and delivered a 50x return when it was sold to a publicly traded company.

He is interested in leadership opportunities with disruptive technology or digital health companies, and is particularly focused on situations that require alignment of strategy, finances, people, processes and technologies to enable fast scaling of revenue and user adoption. Bruce is known as a strong mentor, player/coach and collaborator, with significant experience in value creation, successful pivots, business transformation, and a laser focus on building shareholder value.

Linc Enney

Linc is a business-driven, energetic, and strategic executive with broad experience in building and growing software development organizations.

He has worked in the cable television, telecommunications, financial payments, and publishing industries, as well as professional services. He has been recognized for reliably delivering software projects on-time and within budget, building cohesive teams, and ensuring that business objectives are well-defined and fulfilled.

Linc is known for skilled management of all phases of the software development lifecycle. He has a proven track record of collaborative customer relationship management and earning stakeholder support. He is an effective listener that is trusted for approachability and devising thoughtful solutions.

Linc is a servant leader with a collaborative work style that allows him to work cross-functionally to build consensus, establish goals, and get things done. He has participated and overseen hundreds of production software releases over his career. At Time Warner Cable (now Charter communications), Linc and his teams embraced the Agile methodology and worked cross-functionally with the system test, program management, and deployment teams to reduce the recurring delivery time of the server-side software from 16 months to once every 3 months. This new model helped Time Warner Cable increase revenue by 10% because new features were available sooner for purchase.

Linc is a Colorado native, and other than his college days at Baylor University, he has lived here his entire life. When he’s not working, Linc enjoys spending time with his family, growing all types of fruits and vegetables (especially garlic), and cooking. Joe Hughes

Joe has broad experience in both hands-on technical roles and management roles supporting critical 24×7 operations in the Healthcare and Financial services sectors.  His experiences are well rounded encompassing network, storage, servers, telecommunications, application support, data centers, cloud, service desk, desktop support, incident management and disaster recovery.

Joe thrives on managing transitional initiatives leading the research, architecture design, building and delivering to production reliable and highly available infrastructure to drive business objectives.  Over his career Joe has led the infrastructure build for an EMR deployment, multiple data center moves and consolidations, server and storage migrations, LAN and WAN redesigns and disaster recovery program development.

Joe brings a collaborative management style that focuses teams on customer service, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.  He has deep analytical and problem solving skills to drive incident resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce overall incidents and incident impact.

Joe is seeking a position where his deep technical background and end to end understanding of the delivery of IT services, his ITIL process focus and strong team building and staff development skills can contribute to the success of the organization.

Joe is originally from Ireland and has made Denver his home for over 30 years.  Joe enjoys spending time with his family and travelling whether it is into the mountains of Colorado, around the US or internationally.


Audrey Kiszla

Audrey is a people-centric, results-driven leader experienced in implementing transformational change, operational improvements and project management practices grounded in strategic objectives and client need. She is recognized for cultivating trusted partnerships across organizations, inspiring high-performance teams and leveraging resources for highest impact to get things done!

Audrey has deep expertise in financial services, leading teams in both Technology and Finance. In those roles, she’s transformed project management capabilities resulting in decreased project overruns and productivity increases saving over $7M annually; led a multi-year program to transform portfolio and fund accounting business to an out-sourced business support model and new technology platform realizing goals to leverage knowledge capital more strategically, reduce corporate risk and save $5M annually; executed a strategic vendor management model to capitalize on outside expertise and absorb business fluctuation which was instrumental in minimizing need to eliminate employees during the 2008 recession.

Her ability to see both sides and all the gray area in-between pulls together business and technology to envision the future and create the roadmap to get there. While her heart-led leadership helps her understand people’s motivation, recognize their talents and get the absolute most out of them to benefit the company and their own development.

In her next opportunity, Audrey wants to utilize her experience leading project management and PMO teams to help a mission driven organization achieve greater success.

Audrey is a native Montanan who adopted Colorado when a student at Colorado State University and has lived here ever since. She and her husband have the itch for travel and adventure and raised their kids that way. Ken Sampson

Ken has held ever increasing regional and national leadership positions on both the vendor and operators’ side of the Telecommunications industry.  These have included sales engineering, 24×7 support, project & capital management and evolving into an enterprise level VP leadership position in systems engineering operations with an emphasis on planning & implementation.

Key strengths for Ken include multi-team, multi-technology and cross functional operations leadership with a servant style. Scope of responsibilities have included several hundred employees and contractors in both local and remote locations. The cross-functional working group experience includes Business Operations, Product & Project Management, Network Engineering, Video Engineering, High Speed Data Engineering, Systems Engineering, DevOps and vendor management.  His experience also includes capital and operational budget planning and management, organizational re-structuring, optimization and M&A as well as process evaluations and improvements.  Ken has a passion to work efficiently & effectively in the successful completion of problem solving and project completion.

Chris Toomer

Chris has extensive experience with truly full-lifecycle end-to-end Software Product Engineering and Maintenance (ideation through requirements to development and support), buy vs. build, integrated systems, database systems (former DBA and data modeler), and incident management.

Throughout his career, Chris has led and managed both on-site and remote employees and teams. He brings to you a strong servant-leadership style that recognizes technologists are ½ artist, and ½ scientist, and he knows how to manage that unique individuality. Chris excels at and is known for his relationship building skills with customers and stakeholders.
